“ Go to this location often. I know a few people that work here and its really close to my house. This morning Feb 23 about 130am there was a slender built gentleman with glasses and tattoos taking orders and working the window. We misunderstood each other a few times but he was patient with me, walked me through my order, and ended up hooking me up with the exact deluxe box I was looking for! Really thankful for his kindness. ”
“ UPDATE!!! So new management took over on park ave. Everything is so much better!!! The dine in is now open to pick up online orderS at late hours! Too the owner of taco bell, there is a worker there named Jeremy white. He should be recognized! Give this guy needs a raise or bonus or whatever, he deserves it!! He is AMAZING at what he does! He was very kind to me and my kids. Every time we get food at night they close the dine in extra early. Its a half hour wait to pick up food that was ordered online. Its always soggy and cold as hell. You guys can kill someone leaving food out that long!!! Especially the meat!! I do not recommend going to this place on park ave. They suck at night. Oh and when you try to call in they never answer the phones!!!! ”
“ Ordered a Soft Taco box and a 4 pack of sodas. Used the app to order for convenience from the Kroger gas station after I filled my tank. Order was ready as soon as I crossed the driveway and arrived at the window and everything was at the proper temperature. Excellent service and food for a Taco Bell order and they even included more than the 24 hot sauce packets I requested. ”
“ Ive never had any issues with this taco bell. Theyre pretty quick for being busy all the time. Doordash does take a while of waiting. Note after close observation, I found that there may be a bit of cross contamination within the cook. I observed that the cook went from the kitchen area to the dining room or whatever you call it and outside all while wearing white gloves for food handling and went back to the kitchen after having a break for a little bit and proceeded to use the same gloves to prep and make food once more. Otherwise I think this is a great place, but that issue needs to be addressed quickly. ”

That means a lot since customer service here in Mansfield is the worst and I always have atleast 1 thing missing from my bag but the Taco Bell on Park Ave did everything right! ”
